Ingredients
- 300 g Cured meats (prosciutto, mortadella)
- 300 g Aged cheeses (Parmigiano, Pecorino)
- 200 g Mixed olives
- 200 g Roasted red peppers
- 200 g Marinated artichoke hearts
- 200 g Fresh mozzarella
- 100 g Cured anchovies
- 100 g Breadsticks (grissini)
- 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 6 leaves Fresh basil
Instructions
- Slice cured meats into thin strips or rolls.
- Cut cheeses into cubes or thin slices.
- Halve fresh mozzarella if using balls.
- Arrange all ingredients on a wooden board or large platter.
- Group items by type - meats in one area, cheeses in another, vegetables in another.
- Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- Tuck fresh basil leaves around the platter.
- Place breadsticks in a glass or standing upright.
- Serve at room temperature.
