Antipasto

Ingredients

  • 300 g Cured meats (prosciutto, mortadella)
  • 300 g Aged cheeses (Parmigiano, Pecorino)
  • 200 g Mixed olives
  • 200 g Roasted red peppers
  • 200 g Marinated artichoke hearts
  • 200 g Fresh mozzarella
  • 100 g Cured anchovies
  • 100 g Breadsticks (grissini)
  • 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 leaves Fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Slice cured meats into thin strips or rolls.
  2. Cut cheeses into cubes or thin slices.
  3. Halve fresh mozzarella if using balls.
  4. Arrange all ingredients on a wooden board or large platter.
  5. Group items by type - meats in one area, cheeses in another, vegetables in another.
  6. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
  7. Tuck fresh basil leaves around the platter.
  8. Place breadsticks in a glass or standing upright.
  9. Serve at room temperature.
