Ingredients
- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 7 g instant yeast
- 200 ml warm milk
- 2 whole egg yolk
- 100 g butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 50 g sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 100 g brown sugar
- 100 g raisins
Instructions
- Mix yeast with warm milk and 1 tbsp sugar, let sit 5 minutes
- Combine flour and salt, make well in center
- Add yeast mixture and egg yolks, mix until dough forms
- Knead in softened butter gradually until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes
- Place in oiled bowl, cover, let rise 1.5 hours until doubled
- Mix cinnamon, brown sugar, and raisins
- Roll dough into rectangle, spread with cinnamon-sugar mixture
- Roll up tightly from long side, place in oiled loaf pan
- Cover and let rise 1 hour until risen above pan
- Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes until golden and hollow-sounding when tapped
