Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 8 oz ground beef
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 8 oz spinach
- 1 whole zucchini
- 1 whole carrots
- 8 oz mushrooms
- 4 whole eggs
- 1 cup kimchi
- 2 stalks scallions
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
- Marinate ground beef in soy sauce, minced garlic, and 1 tbsp sesame oil (20 minutes)
- Blanch spinach and squeeze dry, season with salt and sesame oil
- Julienne zucchini, carrot, and mushrooms
- Sauté each vegetable separately until tender
- Brown marinated beef in skillet
- Heat stone bowl or regular bowl
- Add hot rice to bottom of bowl
- Arrange beef and vegetables on top in separate sections
- Fry egg until yolk is runny, place on top
- Mix gochujang with water and sesame oil to make sauce
- Drizzle sauce over bibimbap
- Mix vigorously before eating
- Serve immediately
