Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 8 oz ground beef
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 8 oz spinach
  • 1 whole zucchini
  • 1 whole carrots
  • 8 oz mushrooms
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 1 cup kimchi
  • 2 stalks scallions
  • 3 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Marinate ground beef in soy sauce, minced garlic, and 1 tbsp sesame oil (20 minutes)
  2. Blanch spinach and squeeze dry, season with salt and sesame oil
  3. Julienne zucchini, carrot, and mushrooms
  4. Sauté each vegetable separately until tender
  5. Brown marinated beef in skillet
  6. Heat stone bowl or regular bowl
  7. Add hot rice to bottom of bowl
  8. Arrange beef and vegetables on top in separate sections
  9. Fry egg until yolk is runny, place on top
  10. Mix gochujang with water and sesame oil to make sauce
  11. Drizzle sauce over bibimbap
  12. Mix vigorously before eating
  13. Serve immediately
