Blini with Caviar

Ingredients
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 2 whole egg
- 200 ml milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 50 g butter
- 100 g caviar
- 100 g sour cream
Instructions
- Mix flour, egg, milk, baking powder, and salt until smooth batter
- Let batter rest for 15 minutes
- Heat butter in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat
- Drop small spoonfuls of batter into pan, each about size of golf ball
- Cook 1-2 minutes per side until golden
- Transfer to warm plate
- Serve warm blini with dollop of sour cream and caviar on top
- Can serve plain or with sweet toppings like jam and honey
