Bok Choy with Garlic

Ingredients
- Baby bok choy: 1 lb, halved lengthwise
- Garlic, sliced: 4-5 cloves
- Oil: 2-3 tbsp
- Light soy sauce: 1-1.5 tbsp
- Shaoxing wine: ½ tbsp
- Sesame oil: ½ tsp
- Sugar: ¼ tsp
- Stock: 2-3 tbsp
- Salt: to taste
- White pepper: pinch
Instructions
- Heat wok over high heat, add oil
- Stir-fry garlic until fragrant but not browned
- Add bok choy, toss briefly to coat with oil
- Add stock, soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, sugar
- Cover and cook 2-3 minutes until bok choy tender but still crisp
- Uncover, toss to reduce liquid slightly
- Finish with sesame oil, adjust salt and pepper
- Serve immediately
