Churros with Chocolate

Ingredients
- 250 ml Water
- 250 g All-purpose flour
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 liter Vegetable oil (for frying)
- 200 g Dark chocolate
- 250 ml Whole milk
- 20 g Butter
Instructions
- Heat water to boiling in a pot.
- Remove from heat, add flour and salt, mix until dough forms.
- Transfer dough to piping bag with large star tip.
- Heat oil to 375°F (190°C) in a deep pan.
- Pipe 4-inch strips directly into hot oil, using scissors to cut.
- Fry until golden on both sides (2-3 minutes total). Drain on paper towels.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a shallow dish, toss warm churros to coat.
- For chocolate: heat milk and butter, whisk in chopped chocolate until smooth.
- Serve churros warm with hot chocolate for dipping.
