Ingredients
- 2 cups broken rice
- 3 cups water
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 pieces pork chops
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 whole eggs
- 1 whole cucumber
- 1 whole tomato
- 0.25 bunch fresh cilantro
- 1 cup pickled vegetables
Instructions
- Rinse broken rice
- Cook rice in water with salt until tender
- Marinate pork chops in fish sauce, minced garlic, and sugar (30 minutes)
- Grill or pan-fry pork chops until cooked through
- Fry eggs sunny-side up
- Make dipping sauce from fish sauce, lime juice, water, and minced garlic
- Slice cucumber and tomato
- Arrange rice on serving plate
- Top with grilled pork chop
- Place fried egg on top
- Arrange cucumber, tomato, cilantro around plate
- Serve with pickled vegetables and dipping sauce
