Crab and Asparagus Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- Fresh asparagus: 200g, cut diagonally
- Crab meat (fresh or canned): 150g
- Garlic, minced: 2-3 cloves
- Ginger, minced: 1 tsp
- Scallions, chopped: 2
- Oyster sauce: 1 tbsp
- Light soy sauce: ½ tbsp
- Shaoxing wine: ½ tbsp
- Sugar: ¼ tsp
- Stock: ¼ cup
- Cornstarch: ½ tsp
- Water: 1 tbsp
- Sesame oil: ½ tsp
- Oil for cooking: 2 tbsp
Instructions
- Heat wok, add oil, stir-fry garlic and ginger briefly
- Add asparagus, stir-fry 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp
- Gently add crab meat, fold in carefully
- Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, sugar
- Pour in stock, bring to simmer
- Mix cornstarch with water, stir in to thicken lightly
- Add scallions and sesame oil
- Toss gently and serve over steamed rice
