Ingredients
- 4 pieces (150g each) Veal cutlets (thin)
- 80 g All-purpose flour
- 2 whole Eggs (beaten)
- 150 g Panko breadcrumbs
- 80 g Butter
- 1 whole Lemon
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley
- 1 to taste Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Place veal between plastic wrap and pound thin with meat mallet.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Set up three shallow dishes: flour, beaten eggs, panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge veal in flour, shaking off excess.
- Dip in beaten egg, then coat in panko.
- Heat butter in large skillet over medium-high heat.
- When butter foams, carefully place cutlets in pan.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Transfer to serving plate.
- Squeeze fresh lemon over cutlets.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately.
