- ham slices
- smoked sausage (linguiƧa)
- 1 Italian-style fresh sausage
- 8 slices mild melting cheese
- 2 optional eggs
- medium onion

- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 200 ml light beer
- 50 ml Port wine
- 150 g tomato sauce or pulp
- 100 ml stock or water
