Gimbap (Korean Sushi Roll)

Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked short-grain rice
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 sheets nori sheets
- 1 cup pickled radish (danmuji)
- 4 oz spinach
- 2 whole eggs
- 4 oz beef
- 1 whole carrots
- 1 whole cucumber
- 4 oz crab stick or imitation crab
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Mix rice with 2 tbsp sesame oil and salt
- Marinate beef in soy sauce and minced garlic (30 minutes)
- Cook beef in skillet, set aside
- Blanch spinach and squeeze dry, season with salt and sesame oil
- Make thin omelets from beaten eggs, slice into strips
- Julienne carrots and cucumber
- Sauté carrots until slightly tender
- Place nori on bamboo mat
- Spread thin layer of rice on nori
- Arrange vegetables, beef, crab, and pickled radish in center
- Roll tightly using mat
- Brush outside with sesame oil
- Slice into 8 pieces with wet knife
- Serve with soy sauce and sesame seeds
