Greek Salad

Ingredients
- 3 medium tomato
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 large bell pepper
- 0.5 medium red onion
- 100 g kalamata olives
- 200 g feta cheese
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp oregano
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Chop tomatoes and cucumber into chunks
- Chop bell pepper into large pieces
- Slice red onion thinly
- Combine tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and onion in large bowl
- Add kalamata olives and crumbled feta cheese
- Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper
- Pour dressing over salad just before serving
- Toss gently to combine
- Serve at room temperature
