Greek Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 medium tomato
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 0.5 medium red onion
  • 100 g kalamata olives
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop tomatoes and cucumber into chunks
  2. Chop bell pepper into large pieces
  3. Slice red onion thinly
  4. Combine tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and onion in large bowl
  5. Add kalamata olives and crumbled feta cheese
  6. Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper
  7. Pour dressing over salad just before serving
  8. Toss gently to combine
  9. Serve at room temperature
