Ingredients
- 400 g canned chickpeas
- 100 g tahini
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 100 ml water
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp paprika
- 0.5 tsp cumin
Instructions
- Rinse canned chickpeas well
- Combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, and minced garlic in food processor
- Blend until smooth, gradually adding water as needed
- Process until very creamy, about 2-3 minutes
- Transfer to serving bowl
- Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with paprika and cumin
- Serve with pita chips, vegetables, or as spread
