Hummus

Ingredients

  • 400 g canned chickpeas
  • 100 g tahini
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 ml water
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp cumin

Instructions

  1. Rinse canned chickpeas well
  2. Combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, and minced garlic in food processor
  3. Blend until smooth, gradually adding water as needed
  4. Process until very creamy, about 2-3 minutes
  5. Transfer to serving bowl
  6. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with paprika and cumin
  7. Serve with pita chips, vegetables, or as spread
