Jamón Ibérico con Melón

Ingredients
- 300 g Jamón Ibérico (Serrano ham)
- 1 whole Cantaloupe or honeydew melon
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 0.25 tsp Black pepper
- 1 to taste Salt
Instructions
- Cut melon in half and remove seeds.
- Cut melon into thin wedges and remove rind.
- Slice jamón very thinly (ask butcher to slice if possible).
- Arrange melon wedges on a serving platter.
- Drape jamón slices over melon.
- Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Serve immediately at room temperature.
