Jjamppong (Korean Spicy Seafood Soup)

Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp
- 1 lb mussels
- 8 oz squid
- 1 whole onion
- 5 cloves garlic
- 4 tbsp gochugaru
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 quarts fish broth
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 stalks scallions
- 1 whole zucchini
- 8 oz mushrooms
Instructions
- Clean shrimp, mussels, and squid
- Slice squid into rings
- Slice onion and mince garlic
- Slice zucchini and mushrooms
- Heat sesame oil in large pot
- Sauté garlic and onion for 1 minute
- Add gochujang and gochugaru, cook 1 minute
- Add fish broth and bring to boil
- Add shrimp, mussels, and squid
- Add zucchini and mushrooms
- Simmer for 8-10 minutes until seafood is cooked
- Season with soy sauce
- Serve in bowls
- Garnish with sliced scallions
