Ingredients
- 400 g all-purpose flour
- 5 g instant yeast
- 250 ml warm water
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 300 g mozzarella cheese
- 150 g feta cheese
- 1 whole egg yolk
- 30 g butter
Instructions
- Mix yeast with warm water, let sit 5 minutes
- Combine flour and salt, add yeast mixture and olive oil
- Knead until smooth, rest 1 hour until doubled
- Divide dough into 4 pieces, shape into balls
- Mix shredded mozzarella and crumbled feta
- Roll each dough ball into thin oval
- Spread cheese mixture over dough, leaving border
- Fold long sides up and over cheese, create boat shape
- Place on baking sheet, brush with melted butter
- Make dimple in center, crack egg yolk into it
- Bake at 200°C for 20-25 minutes until golden
- Brush with more butter and serve hot
