Ingredients

  • 400 g all-purpose flour
  • 5 g instant yeast
  • 250 ml warm water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 300 g mozzarella cheese
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • 1 whole egg yolk
  • 30 g butter

Instructions

  1. Mix yeast with warm water, let sit 5 minutes
  2. Combine flour and salt, add yeast mixture and olive oil
  3. Knead until smooth, rest 1 hour until doubled
  4. Divide dough into 4 pieces, shape into balls
  5. Mix shredded mozzarella and crumbled feta
  6. Roll each dough ball into thin oval
  7. Spread cheese mixture over dough, leaving border
  8. Fold long sides up and over cheese, create boat shape
  9. Place on baking sheet, brush with melted butter
  10. Make dimple in center, crack egg yolk into it
  11. Bake at 200°C for 20-25 minutes until golden
  12. Brush with more butter and serve hot
