Maki Tempura Roll

Ingredients
- 2 cups sushi rice
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 sheets nori sheets
- 4 pieces shrimp tempura
- 1 whole cucumber
- 1 whole avocado
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp spicy mayo
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp wasabi
Instructions
- Prepare sushi rice with vinegar, sugar, and salt
- Place nori on bamboo mat
- Spread rice on nori
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on rice
- Flip nori so rice is on outside
- Layer tempura shrimp, cucumber, and avocado in center
- Spread spicy mayo on shrimp
- Roll tightly using mat
- Slice into 8 pieces with wet knife
- Serve with soy sauce and wasabi
