Makizushi (Boston Roll)

Ingredients
- 2 cups sushi rice
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 sheets nori sheets
- 6 oz imitation crab
- 1 whole avocado
- 0.5 whole cucumber
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp wasabi
- 2 tbsp pickled ginger
Instructions
- Prepare sushi rice with vinegar, sugar, and salt
- Place nori on bamboo mat
- Spread thin layer of rice on nori
- Arrange imitation crab, avocado, and cucumber in center
- Add small amount of mayo
- Roll tightly using mat
- Sprinkle outside with sesame seeds
- Slice into 8 pieces with wet knife
- Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger
