Ingredients
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 1 whole egg
- 100 ml water
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 200 g ground beef
- 1 small onion
- 0.5 tsp paprika
- 200 g yogurt
- 50 g butter
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 clove garlic
Instructions
- Make dough with flour, egg, water, and salt, rest 30 minutes
- Mix ground beef with minced onion and paprika
- Roll dough thin, cut into small squares
- Place small amount of meat filling in center of each square
- Fold into triangles and then bring corners together to form pouches
- Boil manti in salted water for 15-20 minutes until they float and are tender
- Mix yogurt with minced garlic
- Combine tomato paste with melted butter
- Drain manti, arrange in serving dish
- Top with garlic yogurt, then drizzle with tomato butter sauce
- Sprinkle with paprika and serve hot
