Ingredients
- 4 quarts pork or chicken broth
- 6 tbsp miso paste
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 inch ginger
- 1 lb ramen noodles
- 4 pieces soft-boiled eggs
- 1 cup grilled corn
- 2 bunches scallions
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 2 sheets nori sheets
Instructions
- Heat broth in pot
- Mince garlic and ginger, sauté in butter for 1 minute
- Add to broth
- Dissolve miso paste in small bowl with warm broth
- Stir miso mixture back into pot
- Add soy sauce, sake, and mirin
- Simmer for 10 minutes
- Cook ramen noodles separately
- Warm bowls with hot broth
- Divide noodles among bowls
- Pour hot miso broth over noodles
- Top with egg, corn, bean sprouts, and scallions
- Serve immediately
