Ingredients
- 6 whole eggs
- 150 g mayonnaise
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 0.5 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp dill
- 2 tbsp parsley
Instructions
- Boil eggs for 10 minutes, cool in ice water
- Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise
- Scoop yolks into bowl, mash with fork
- Mix mashed yolks with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper
- Pipe mixture back into egg white halves using piping bag
- Sprinkle with paprika, dill, and parsley
- Serve chilled as appetizer
