Oeufs à la Russe (Russian Eggs)

Ingredients

  • 6 whole eggs
  • 150 g mayonnaise
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp dill
  • 2 tbsp parsley

Instructions

  1. Boil eggs for 10 minutes, cool in ice water
  2. Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise
  3. Scoop yolks into bowl, mash with fork
  4. Mix mashed yolks with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper
  5. Pipe mixture back into egg white halves using piping bag
  6. Sprinkle with paprika, dill, and parsley
  7. Serve chilled as appetizer
