Ingredients
- 400 g paneer cheese
- 200 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp paprika
- 0.5 tsp turmeric
- 0.5 tsp chili powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 6 whole metal skewers
Instructions
- Cut paneer into 2cm cubes
- Mix yogurt with ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and spices
- Marinate paneer in yogurt mixture for 30 minutes
- Thread paneer onto skewers
- Brush with oil and grill over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally
- Paneer should have light char marks and be heated through
- Serve with mint chutney and lemon wedges
