Paneer Tikka

Ingredients

  • 400 g paneer cheese
  • 200 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric
  • 0.5 tsp chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 6 whole metal skewers

Instructions

  1. Cut paneer into 2cm cubes
  2. Mix yogurt with ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and spices
  3. Marinate paneer in yogurt mixture for 30 minutes
  4. Thread paneer onto skewers
  5. Brush with oil and grill over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally
  6. Paneer should have light char marks and be heated through
  7. Serve with mint chutney and lemon wedges
