Polish Pickles (Mizeria)

Ingredients

  • 3 large cucumber
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 3 tbsp dill
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice cucumber thinly
  2. Salt cucumber slices and let sit 15 minutes to remove excess moisture
  3. Squeeze out excess moisture from cucumber
  4. Mix sour cream with vinegar, salt, and pepper
  5. Fold dill into sour cream mixture
  6. Gently toss cucumber slices with sour cream dressing
  7. Chill before serving
  8. Serve as side dish with main courses
