Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs large shrimp
- 1 head broccoli
- 8 oz mushrooms
- 0.5 whole onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 0.5 inch ginger
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 0.5 tsp fish sauce
- 2 stalks scallions
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Clean shrimp but leave shells on
- Cut broccoli into florets
- Slice mushrooms
- Slice onion thinly
- Mince garlic and ginger
- Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, mirin, and fish sauce
- Arrange broccoli, mushrooms, and onion on steaming platter
- Place shrimp on vegetables
- Pour sauce over shrimp and vegetables
- Top with minced garlic and ginger
- Steam for 8-10 minutes until shrimp are pink
- Sprinkle with scallions and sesame seeds
- Serve hot
