Ingredients
- 800 g pork tenderloin
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 1 large onion
- 2 whole bell pepper
- 8 whole wooden skewers
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes
- Cut pork into 3cm cubes, onion and peppers into large chunks
- Whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper
- Marinate pork in mixture for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight
- Thread pork, onion, and pepper pieces onto skewers, alternating
- Grill over medium-high heat for 12-15 minutes, turning every 3 minutes until cooked through
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving with tzatziki sauce and pita bread
