Sundubu Jjigae (Soft Tofu Stew)

Ingredients
- 2 packages soft tofu
- 8 oz beef or seafood
- 0.5 whole onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp gochugaru
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 stalks scallions
- 1 whole egg
- 0.5 tsp salt
Instructions
- Slice onion and mince garlic
- Heat sesame oil in stone bowl or pot
- Sauté garlic and onion for 1 minute
- Add gochugaru and cook 1 minute
- Add broth and bring to boil
- Add beef or seafood and cook until done
- Add soy sauce and fish sauce
- Gently add soft tofu by breaking into large pieces
- Simmer for 3-4 minutes
- Make well in center, crack egg into it
- Let egg cook for 1-2 minutes
- Slice scallions
- Serve in stone bowl
- Garnish with scallions and salt
