- 700 g ground pork
- 100 g smoked bacon or ribs
- 120 g rice
- 2 medium onions
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1.5 tsp sweet paprika
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp fresh dill
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 400 ml tomato juice or water
- 1 cup sour cream
