Ingredients
- 500 g greek yogurt
- 1 large cucumber
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp fresh dill
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Grate cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture using paper towels
- Mince garlic very finely or use garlic press
- Fold grated cucumber and minced garlic into greek yogurt
- Add fresh dill, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper
- Stir well to combine, refrigerate for at least 1 hour
- Taste and adjust seasonings before serving
- Serve chilled with vegetables, pita, or grilled meats
